I DID 100
You already know the thing.
The workout. The walks. The book. The business. The offers. The content.
The thing you keep saying you’re gonna start...
Monday.
Next month.
When life calms down.
When you have more time.
When you feel more motivated.
Welp...
100 days from now is coming either way.
Might as well have something to show for it.
I DID 100 is a 100-day accountability experience to help you pick ONE thing that matters... and actually follow through long enough to say:
I DID 100.
100 workouts.
100 walks.
100 sales calls.
100 offers.
100 writing sessions.
100 pieces of content.
100 whatever-the-hell-you-know-you-need-to-do’s.
You pick your 100.
I’ll help you keep showing up for it.
And no...this isn’t some “never miss a day or you’re a failure” bullshit.
I’ve broken streaks. I’ve quit things.
Hell, I stopped doing my own 100 TikTok Live challenge for an entire week.
Then I got my ass back on the saddle...
And finished 100 Lives 8 days early.
That’s the point.
Not perfection.
Not motivation.
Not waking up every morning ready to run through a brick wall.
It’s learning how to do what you said you’d do...
especially after you don’t.
Because something happens when you keep enough promises to yourself.
You start trusting the person in the mirror again.
“You and your damn streaks.”
A buddy of mine said that to me a few months ago.
We were sitting on my couch talking about business, divorce, social media accounts getting nuked, ads...life.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, I mentioned my swimming streak.
He stopped me and said:
I laughed.
Then I kept thinking about it.
Because he wasn’t really talking about swimming.
I’ve kinda been doing this shit for years.
At one point I had posted on Threads for:
743 straight days.
Then Meta wiped my account.
Poof.
Streak gone.
Around the same time, I had also been doing:
- 10,000 steps a day since April 2024.
- 100 pushups a day since May 2024.
- 251 straight days of meditation.
- And I had started swimming laps every day.
The funny part?
When Meta deleted the account, I was more pissed about losing the 743-day streak than losing the followers.
Seriously.
But it taught me something.
Meta could erase the scoreboard. They couldn’t erase the person who built it.
Then I started swimming.
My first day?
I thought I’d swim for 20 minutes.
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Apparently swimming laps is slightly harder than floating around drinking a beer.
I damn near needed the lifeguard to save me.
So I stopped trying to be Michael Phelps and did something much simpler.
Pick a number I could actually do.
Do it again tomorrow.
Add a little when I was ready.
Repeat.
24 days later, I was down 13.4 pounds.
Eventually I hit 69 straight days of swimming and was down 27.4 pounds since January 1.
But the weight loss isn’t the part I find most interesting.
Swimming taught me more about confidence and momentum than damn near any business book I’ve read.
This isn’t about being perfect.
I once challenged myself to do 100 TikTok Lives in 100 days.
Then I quit.
For seven days.
Didn’t go Live at all.
Old me could’ve easily turned that into:
Instead, I got back on.
I completed my 100th Live on Day 92.
Eight days early.
That’s probably the biggest thing I want to help you understand inside I DID 100.
Consistency does NOT mean: Never screw up.
It means you stop letting one screw-up become your excuse to quit.
You learn how to return.
What I want to help you build is not some perfect 100-day calendar.
Evidence that you do what you say you’re gonna do.
You’re probably not lazy.
You probably just keep making this harder than it needs to be.
Most people don’t quit because they don’t care.
They quit because they start with some ridiculous version of the goal.
“I’m gonna post 3 times a day.”
“I’m gonna write 2,000 words every morning.”
“I’m gonna wake up at 5 AM, meditate, journal, read 47 pages, drink a gallon of water and become a completely different human by Thursday.”
Calm down, Rocky.
The goal isn’t to impress yourself on Day 1.
The goal is to still be doing the damn thing on Day 37.
And Day 61.
And Day 84.
Here’s how I DID 100 works.
Pick your 100.
You choose ONE meaningful thing you want to become more consistent with.
Not seventeen things.
One.
Make the promise stupid clear.
“Get healthier” is not a promise.
“Work on my business” is not a promise.
Turn it into something you can answer with:
YES or NO.
Create your minimum.
Your minimum isn’t: What’s impressive?
It’s: What’s enough to count?
Because if your system only works when life cooperates...
You don’t have a system. You have a fantasy.
Keep score.
You did it?
Mark it.
Eventually: 17. 32. 61. 83. 99.
100.
Not motivational quotes. Not affirmations.
Receipts.
Stop trying to win every day.
You ain’t gonna set a personal record every Tuesday.
Some days you’re gonna crush it.
Some days you’re gonna barely get the rep.
Both count.
Learn how to come back.
The danger isn’t the missed rep.
The danger is the story you tell yourself afterward.
We don’t do funeral services for broken streaks around here.
You missed.
Cool.
What happened? What needs to change? What’s the next rep?
Go do that.
The 100 days are the container. You’re spending those 100 days practicing one skill: KEEP GOING.
So how am I gonna help you actually finish?
Because knowing this stuff isn’t the same as doing it.
You’ve probably read enough books.
Saved enough posts.
Bought enough courses.
Watched enough videos.
You don’t need another 6-hour training sitting in a folder somewhere.
You need help staying in motion.
1. Your 100-Day Kickoff
We start by figuring out what your 100 actually is, what counts as a rep, what your minimum is, how you’ll track it, and what might knock you off.
2. The I DID 100 Tracker
You did the thing? Mark the rep. That’s it.
3. Daily Check-Ins
Short prompts, questions, stories, reminders, resets, challenges and occasional kicks in the ass.
This isn’t 100 days of homework.
4. Weekly Accountability Reviews
What did you say you were gonna do? What was your score? Where did you struggle? What needs to change? What are you committing to next?
5. The Founding Community
A room full of other people doing their 100, posting progress, misses, resets, milestones and the ugly days too.
6. The Reset Plan
No dramatic restart. No waiting until Monday. No “I blew it.”
You missed. Learn. Return.
7. Day 100
At the end, we look back at what happened and what changed.
Then you get to say the thing:
I DID 100.
Which version should you choose?
Pretty simple.
I DID 100
This is for you if you mostly need a clear plan, a scoreboard, daily reminders, weekly check-ins, community and a reason to keep going when the shiny-new-goal feeling wears off.

I DID 100 LIVE
This is for you if you already know:
You get everything in I DID 100 plus weekly live accountability with me for the full 100 days.
Roughly 14 live group sessions.
We’ll review your score, talk through wins, figure out where you’re slipping, adjust what isn’t working, set your commitment for the next seven days, and use hot seats when needed.
LIVE is limited to 10 people.
Not fake internet scarcity.
I’m keeping it small on purpose.
Because if you’re paying me $1,000 to hold you accountable, I actually want to know what you committed to, how you’re doing, where you’re slipping, and what needs to change.
Still not sure?
Choose I DID 100 for $100 if you’re pretty self-directed and mainly need structure, reminders and a community around you.
Choose I DID 100 LIVE for $1,000 if you’ve started and stopped enough things to know accountability changes your behavior.
How much accountability do you know you need?
Questions you’re probably asking
Does my 100 have to be something I do every day?
Nope. It could be daily, five days a week, three workouts a week, or 100 sales conversations across the full 100 days. The point is choosing something meaningful, defining what counts, and finishing 100 reps.
What if I miss?
Then you miss. And then you come back. This isn’t a perfection contest.
What if I totally fall off for a week?
Welcome to being a human. I’ve done it too. That’s exactly why this isn’t built around perfect streaks. It’s built around returning.
What can my 100 be?
Pretty much anything meaningful, measurable, repeatable and within your control: workouts, walks, offers, sales calls, writing, content, meditation, Bible reading, time with your kids, prospecting, product-building sessions... whatever the hell you’ve been saying you need to do.
Can I change my 100?
Yes, if there’s a real reason. But we’re not changing it every time you’re bored. Part of the process is learning the difference between a badly designed commitment and “I don’t feel like doing it anymore.”
What if I finish before Day 100?
Hell yeah. Then you finished. Celebrate it, decide whether you want to keep going, or choose what’s next.
What if I don’t finish all 100 reps by Day 100?
You still won’t have failed. You’ll have more evidence, more reps and a much better understanding of what helps you stay consistent. Then you decide whether to keep going until you hit 100, adjust the goal, or start a new 100.
Do I need to be an entrepreneur?
Nope. This can be about health, parenting, writing, fitness, faith, relationships, work or life.
Is this a course?
Not really. There’ll be guidance, prompts, check-ins, tools and accountability. I’m not trying to bury you under 47 modules and 83 hours of video. The point is doing your 100.
Why 100?
Because 100 is long enough to mean something. Long enough for the shiny-new-goal feeling to wear off. Long enough to have bad days. Long enough to get interrupted. Long enough to figure out what actually helps you keep going.
100 days from now is coming either way.
The calendar does not give a shit whether you’re ready.
100 days from now...
You’ll be 100 days older.
Your business will be 100 days further along.
Your body will be 100 days further along.
Your kids will be 100 days older.
Whatever you’ve been saying you need to do?
It’ll either have 100 more days of progress behind it...
or 100 more days of:
You don’t need to change your whole damn life.
Pick one thing.
One thing that matters.
One thing you’ve been meaning to do.
One thing where 100 reps would actually change something.
Then start.
That’s it.
Maybe the biggest thing is being able to say:
“I told myself I was going to do something...”
“...and I fucking did it.”
Here’s the question.
100 days from now...
when you look back at this moment...
which sentence do you want to say?
“I wish I had.”
or
“I’m glad I did.”
If you already know your answer...
you probably already know what to do next.
Pick your 100.
Start the count.
Do the damn thing.
